Oh how cute! I bought a felt border at the last Scrap Expo that here and it was cute but I had no idea how to use it. Maybe I can put something together after the DT inspired me with their lovely layouts! How cool is that?
This is awesome- I love felt so much- I picked some felt coasters up at the dollarstore the other day- they have a halloween theme and are great for layouts- now I will have some inspiration for them!
