Tuesday's Patterned Paper Projects

Christine changed her striped patterned paper by adding in blue stripes of cardstock. This brought more color to the layout and brought out the colors from the picture.

Christine was inspired by Deanne's approach to her card yesterday and wanted to try something similar. She punched flowers out of the same patterned paper and applied them in the appropriate locations to match up the paper.

Jessica used a variety of coordinating My Mind's Eye patterned paper and a pre-colored digi stamp from our May sponsor, Wink Wink Ink.

Robin used hot off the press patterned papers to create this layout. She used 4 different patterns and cut in 2" strips. Next she cut each strip into 2" blocks. She randomly placed the squares on a white background.

Sara used fun new paper from the "72 and Sunny" Collection by We R Memory Keepers to create her bright background squares. She also used the same paper collection and punched circles and pop-dotted them on top of the squares.

Sandra used the "To The Nines Specialty" double sided patterned cardstock from Stampin' Up! for her card.

Sue used several patterned papers in the same hue. She added more patterned paper along the edge of the photo with curled paper strips and word strips to frame the photo. She also added pink flower vellum stickers to the background page to add more pattern and punched out circles from a scrap sheet of word paper.

Lisa S. used patterned paper to add the look of scales to her paper pieced alligators.
