Monday's Felt, Fabric, or Tulle Projects

Kim used the Pup in a Boot image from our sponsor, Wink, Wink Ink. She used the one that is pre-colored. Her flower is about 30 layers of tulle cut with her smallest scalloped circle nesties. She also added just a touch of purple ink to the tulle.

Corinna used tulle rose ribbon from American Crafts' new Dear Lizzy line.

Sasya used three black felt flowers ("Fiesta Felt" from Buttons Galore) to decorate her layout.

Barb used some felt flowers from a Martha Stewart hair accessories kit. She added some paper flowers, glitter, and buttons to dress them up. She also used some flower tirm as the border around her circle. The ruffle is fabric embroidered with butterflies which was topped off with a piece of felt ric-rac.

Denise used a satin-like fabric to make these elegant white flowers. She then adhered a large pink rhinestone to the center.

Deanne used a pink lei she had in her stash for years. She altered the original "flower" shape by cutting them into smaller circles. Because they are an acrylic fabric, they can be "melted" with a heat embossing gun to give it texture and shape. The end result are held together with pearl brads.
