Frugal Finds: Hardware

This month, our Frugal Finds challenge was to incorporate any type of household hardware item into a project. After scouring the workshop and junk drawers, this is what a few of us came up with. I just love how even though we may have used similar items, we all achieved a very different feel on our pages. I also now know that every scrapbook stash should contain a tile spacer or two.

Practical Scrapper Charity used dry wall sanding screen, gaskets and o-rings on her layout as well as tile spacers. This layout inspired by a Scrapbook Steals Sketch.

Practical Scrapper Kerri used some gutter shield/cover to use as a layer to mat her photo.
Sketch from Sketch Savvy #97

Practical Scrapper Erin also used tile spacers as embellishments on her page, scattered among buttons.

If you'd like to play along with our challenge, and have something to share with us, we'd love to see it!

**Designer projects are not always linked in our posts, but you can always find their blogs in our sidebar or in the staff tab**
