Eleven Things You Can Do: Folded Paper Edition

Folding paper is one of my go to techniques to use up scraps and create interesting dimension on cards and layouts (without having to spend an arm and leg on embellies!)  Today our team brings to you ideas on how to fold paper and create beautiful projects!

Practical Scrapper Christine folded two edges of the squares in to change up the look of a regular square.

Practical Scrapper Linda made some origami stars of double sided patterned paper and used them as embellishments on her layout.

Practical Scrapper Lee-Anne made some rosettes from patterned paper for embellishments.

Practical Scrapper Leslii made pinwheels out of double sided patterned paper.

Practical Scrapper Jenn C created a corner bookmark out of folded cardstock.

Practical Scrapper Lanette folded circles to make is sweet little flower.

Practical Scrapper Cathy used a Lori Whitlock file from the Silhouette Store to also create folded circle flower!

Practical Scrapper Charity folded the paper the back to reveal a cluster of diecuts and stickers.

Practical Scrapper Lisa folded a strip of patterned paper to make a little ruffle for the border on her condolence card.

Practical Scrapper Charissa tore and folded the edges of the paper to add more dimension and layers to her layout.

Practical Scrapper Brenda created a shirt from patterned paper and used it as embellishment on her layout.

Practical Scrapper Kelly Jean folded her cardstock on the left and right sides to create a card that opens in the middle.
