10 Things Tuesday: Letter Stickers

It's 10 Things Tuesday again!!! Today we are all about the letter stickers. We've got gesso and we've got leftovers, we've got journaling and we've got masking. But don't take my word for it. Check it out for yourself.

 #1. Custom Background
Practical Scrapper Jessica used leftover letter stickers to make a custom background, then die cut out circles to make frames for her photos out of the negative space. To see how she used the positive cuts on some cards, check out her blog.

#2. Journaling
Practical Scrapper Deborah Johnson used a variety of left over letter stickers to complete her journaling. Want a close up of the journaling? Head on over to her blog.

#3. Masking

Practical Scrapper Stephanie used alphas as a mask for mists on this card inspired by KLD DT Doodles #28.

#4. Gesso
Practical Scrapper Lee-Anne Thornton adhered some "z" alphabet stickers on a piece of cardstock, applied gesso over them and then misted and inked the background with distress inks.

#5. Tinted

Practical Scrapper Wendy C. tinted these silver glitter letters a bronze shade to match her card's color combo using Alcohol Markers. Just color the stickers while they are still on the plastic liner, then let dry for a few minutes before using...easy peasy!

#6. Stamped Over

Practical Scrapper Karen stamped over her letter stickers, then removed them to create a confetti background for this trendy wedding card.

#7. Embellishment
Practical Scrapper Charity used letter stickers to create a furnished house embellishment.

#8. Sponged
Practical Scrapper Wendy C sponged White letter stickers with chocolate ink and then stamped a polka dot border over the left edge of each sticker.

#9. Full Count
Practical Scrapper Kelly Jean used Thickers to feature all 26 letters of the alphabet on her layout.

#10. Banner
Practical Scrapper Kelli used letter stickers to create a fish tail banner and then used the banner as the main focal image for the front of her card.

BONUS
What if all you have is the negative of your letter stickers?
That's cool, Leslii shows you how to use that also.

Practical Scrapper Leslii fussy cut around letter sticker negatives and then placed
them on cardstock to make this fun title.
