Friday Chipboard Projects

Painting and adding bling to the chipboard snowflake added the perfect embellishment for Erika's page. The Flake was a little big so she clipped it off and made it bleed off the page.

Deanne used some DCWV Safari Kids chipboard pieces she's had in her stash for months. The star and photo corners are dipped into embossing clear ink, sprinkled and heat embossed with Stampendous! Kaleidoscope embossing powder.

Crystal used fuzzy chipboard for the title. The buttons are mounted on chipboard to give them a little more oomph.

Sarah used chipboard brackets and photo corners. She stamped directly onto the corners with a black ink pad, and on the brackets she stamped a patterned stamp on the ink pad and then stamped the pattern onto the brackets to get the dotty effect.

Fern used Bazzill Chips ~ Chipboard Flourishes in three of the four corners. She sprayed each one with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist ~ Coffee Shop. The layer behind the circle with the photo was cut from lightweight cardboard and she also sprayed it with the Glimmer Mist ~ Coffee Shop. The sweet little Monkey Pocket Patootie is from The Stamping Boutique and is colored with copics. She did two of these so that she could pop the head, arm and tail up to give it more dimension.

Jessica used the Rainy Day Cynthia stamp, from The Stamping Boutique, and matted it onto a recycled bit of chipboard - the fun die cut flourishes and printed designs were too cute to toss! A lot of companies have really neat packaging that can easily be incorporated into your cards, layouts and other craft projects for a unique twist to going green.
