Erin used a scalloped circle punch by Marvy Uchida to create the reversed scalloped border on her layout. The punched shapes were cut in half and then centered along each edge.
Karen used a Martha Stewart border punch for the borders and a circle punch to create the flowers. See her blog for details on the flowers.
Pia used the Retro Flower punch from EK Success, and altered the flowers with some doodles and buttons from a flea market. Sentiment: "Congrats"
On this layout, which is based on a sketch by Julie Bonner, Lisa H. used a circle punch to punch a half circle in the upper right corner of her layout - a great way to accent or frame an embellishment! Lisa also doodled around the edges of her upper crest border punch strip to make it pop against the patterned paper.
Pam used Fiskars Large Square-A-Licious Squeeze Punch and a variety of scrap paper to create the background on her card. This is a fun and simple way to use up the scraps you have left over from various projects. Try it using other punched shapes (circles, hearts, flowers), too.
Tanya used 4 punches to create her card. The first one she grabbed for was the scalloped border punch. To make the hanging tag attached to the ribbon, she used her scalloped circle punch and her large and small circle punch.
