A Little Origami Goes A Long Way

Origami is the Japanese art of paper folding. This art has become popular around the craft world and has even led to to some scrappy trends such as "the tea bag fold". There are so many paper items you can make and it only takes a few minutes to create a wonderful decorative image. The last time we talked about paper folding here on Practical Scrappers was when we did our series "Discovering Your Scrapbooking Style: Sophisticated". Paper folding is a common trend you will see in the sophisticated style. It's a great way to create great detail and dress up those embellishments from their original form. Let's take a look at some great paper folding submissions on cards and layouts from both our design team members and you, our readers.
