Practical Scrapper Christa played up the rainbow trend and got rid of tons of flowers all while creating a striking layout.
Practical Scrapper Brenda used some very old tiny Prima flowers on this layout. I stitched them across the top of a border punched strip to use them as a page accent.
Practical Scrapper Christine layered her flowers and then cut them in half and used them as an accent on the card.
Practical Scrapper Christine doodled all over the petals of her flowers and then layered them together.
Practical Scrapper Christa used a foliage stamp and stamped on the Prima flowers.
Practical Scrapper Brenda created roses using her old Prima flowers. Each rose is made from three flat Prima flowers of the same size, but different shades. She added a glue dot to the center of one, scrunched it up tight, then folded the second around it, and the third around both, adhering them with glue dots also. I unfolded them slightly and added a pearl center.
What are some things you'd like to see us "update" in the near future?

Thanks LIsa! I loved the folded roses idea too. I think I am going to have to get my stash out and try that!
Great layouts and cards! I love using flowers on my layouts, whether they are store bought or home made. Just love them. You gave us some great inspiration here. Thanks!
Great ideas, ladies! I can always use some new ideas on how to update my flower stash ..
LOVELY page by Christa! I don't have that much color variety in my stash but I'll have to try something similar- it's really effective.
