Canvas Crazy!!

As we welcome in October this morning,  we decided to get a little crazy--canvas crazy that is! Canvas is a really hot trend in scrapbooking these days adding lots of great texture to your cards and scrapbook pages. Use it as a 12x12 background page for your layouts or use small pieces to create fun embellishment. No matter how you decide, you're sure to bring that element of texture into your creation. Take a look at these examples...

Practical Scrapper Jenny used fabric(canvas) stickers to embellish her layout.

Practical Scrapper Sarah

Practical Scrapper Kimberly Congdon (Scrap It Girl) used a canvas star, a canvas pennant, and 2 canvas buttons to help embellish her layout.

Practical Scrapper Lanette to make her Canvas Flower

Reader Karen Conner created this mixed media canvas.

Practical Scrapper Ann altered a canvas circle to transform it into a baseball, by drawing on it with pens and inking it.

Practical Scrapper Jenny used fabric(canvas) stickers to embellish her card.

Practical Scrapper Charity stamped butterflies on canvas buttons and printed out her photo strips on fabric paper (left overs from a Barbie Fashion Designer Kit).

Beautiful projects! I love how canvas or any fabric for that matter, adds such nice texture to a project. TFS!
