Saturday with Christine: Color me obsessed!

Hi Practical Scrappers!  How have you been keeping busy as winter wraps up?  I know I have been having lots of fun crafting!  Have you ever found yourself really drawn to one color in your crafting.  I have consistently been very into navy blue for months now.  I often wander around my LSS looking for new navy blue papers!  So when I saw the line "Just Because" from Little Yellow Bicycle I couldn't wait to get my hands on it!  I decided to design a class for The Scrapbooking Studio based around it and guarantee myself lots of fun playing time :).  I taught the class last night and here's what we created.

See that navy paper with the small flowers...it might be one of my all time favorites.  I definitely love it!

This was actually probably my favorite card of the bunch....something about that foil chipboard heart just makes me happy (lol no pun intended!!!)

I enjoyed reminding the class on this one of all the great things you can do with that old corner punch....I know it was one of my first tools - how about you?

This one was also fun just because the sentiment is so sweet!

Because we used a lot of embellishments for the class I had quite a bit leftover to use for a layout and I came home to create this:

So tell me Practical Scrappers...what is your go to color right now?

Love these cards! I like Navy too - the best part about this set of LYB papers is the rasberry/watermelon color that really pops and works so well with the navy. I have been into green and purple lately - not sure why - weird colors I know!
