Ten Things Tuesday: STAMPING

We've done this feature before but every time the designers give us stamping ideas that are off-the-chart awesome! They range from simple and sassy to crazy complicated to tastefully technique-y.
Take a look!!!
1. Clean and Simple
Practical Scrapper Deborah used a stamp from Amy Tangerine to send a cheerful greeting. Aren't those hexies just too cute?
2. Date Stamp
Practical Scrapper Lee-Anne Thornton used a sheet of brown craft foam and stamped a sentiment onto it to create a "faux leather" look to her sentiment and also stamped and cut out a heart shape and used a date stamp and stamped the words "love, love, love".
3.Fussy Cut
Practical Scrapper Lisa Moen stamped her images and then fussy cut them out and added them to her layout. Please see her blog for close ups.
4.Carve Your Own
Jenn Campbell carved her own stamps using the new "Undefined" carving kit!
5.Use a Potatoe Masher
Practical Scrapper Jessica Arrant used a potato masher and pie crust edger to "stamp" paint onto the background of her page.
6.Kiss Your Stamp
Practical Scrapper Wendy C. used a kissing technique to add polka dots to this sweet solid hippo and the chevron background stamps on this birthday card. Check out how to kiss your stamps on her blog!
7. Stamp on Fabric
Practical Scrapper Karen created this sophisticated birthday card by stamping / embossing onto acetate using a floral border & delicate flourish, as well as, stamping onto organza fabric to create the flower.
8.Alter a Gift Bag
Practical Scrapper Kelly Jean used a designed circle stamp from Basicgrey to create her own design for this altered gift bag. See close-ups and the original look of the bag on her blog.
9.Use Gesso
Practical Scrapper Charity used wood veneer and gesso to make honeycomb shapes on this layout. Check out her blog for close-ups.
10.Emboss on Kraft
Practical Scrapper Kelli used a Kaiser Crafts and stamped butterfly images onto kraft card stock and then embossed them to create a background for her card.
If the above supplies seem a little tame, get out the clay!!!
Practical Scrapper Stephanie stamped into clay to create a 3D sentiment for this card based off of the Paper Secrets card sketch.
It could take DAYS to fully exhaust this subject, but I guess we'll stop here. Your turn to come up with unique stamping ideas. Post your projects to the Facebook page so we can all enjoy them.
Scrap on!
