Layouts & Cards with Banners

Trends come and go whether it be fashion, technology, or our favorite pass time-scrapbooking. The trend of banners hit the floor at CHA in the winter of 2010. If my calculations are correct, it's not going going anywhere for awhile. Banners are a fun and festive way to spice up your creations and add an element of "cutesy" or "whimsical" to your pages/cards. While most think of the traditional pendant shape for their banners, some of my favorite are circles, scalloped-edged shapes, half circles, or even different embellishments linked together. No matter the shape, they definitely add a nice little flare to whatever your project may be.
